This class will go over parenting tips specific for parents of children with disabilities, including:
Mindset
Grief with a new diagnosis or challenge
Dealing with crisis
Parenting Techniques that work
Advocating for your child
Controlling your level of stress
Dealing with unwanted advice
Having laughter and hope in the journey

Honor Band Students

Congratulations to several of our Valley View Middle School band students for being selected to participate in the Nebo District Middle School Honor Band! These students will rehearse at the Summit Center in Springville on Friday, January 27th and perform with select students from all 5 middle schools in the Nebo District on Saturday, January 28th at Spanish Fork High School at 1pm. The following students from Valley View Middle School were selected to participate in this year's honor band:

Nebo Community School Winter 2023

Nebo Community School classes are here. The classes will begin in January, so join a class to help those winter blues. This is an amazing opportunity to expand your horizons and improve your abilities. The goal of the Community School Program is to meet the needs and interests of the people in the community. There are many course options to choose from, recommendations are encouraged. We would love to see you there!
