One last reminder: It's almost concert time! You will be allowed more than 2 guests now, but masks are required. Please be considerate of all in attendance and do not be there a half hour early and take up seats that could otherwise be used for those attending for earlier times. If you arrive 10 minutes before your student's performance time, that will be plenty sufficient and allow for smooth flow between groups. The weather forecast looks great, so if you will please wait outside the exterior doors until 10 minutes before your student's performance and then exit the interior exit doors once your student is done with his/her performance, that will help us have a good flow for the concert. Once your student has completed his/her portion of the concert, please leave the building so others may then fill the seats for the next group performing. Thank you for your understanding. We will go live from that channel a few minutes before the concert begins. Please plan to have your student to Salem Jr. High by 4:30pm to do a walk through of our concert process. We will then begin the concert promptly at 5pm and follow the schedule as outlined:
5:00pm- 4th period band and percussion
5:25pm- 5th period band and percussion
5:50pm- 6th period band and percussion
6:15pm- 7th period band and percussion
Please make sure students wear concert black clothes. For young men, this includes dark dress slacks, black socks, dark dress shoes, a white shirt, tie, and belt. For young women, this includes dark dress shoes, dark dress pants or long skirt (at least knee length please), dark tights or knee-highs, and either a dark or white blouse.
