2024-25 Battle of the Books

We are excited to kick off our fifth year of Battle of the Books at Valley View Middle School!  Interested students will be part of a team of between 1 to 6 students.  Each team member will choose 6 books to read; however, we encourage students to read as many books as they would like from the list.  There are 24 books on the list.  On February 4,  2025, teams will come together for a game show style tournament during school where they will work as a team to answer questions about the books on the list.  (See attached sheet for book list)  Students do not have to read every book on the list; however, the more books each person on the team reads, the better chance they have when answering questions in a battle.  If you have any questions, contact allison.mower [at] nebo.edu!
